Ingredients
Scale
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/4 cup unsalted butter
2 teaspoons honey
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 cup chicken broth
1 tablespoon chopped parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
Combine butter, honey, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper in a small mixing bowl. Mix until smooth and set aside.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Add chicken breasts and cook for 5-6 minutes per side until golden and cooked through, with an internal temperature of 165°F. Remove chicken from skillet and set aside.
Deglaze the pan by adding chicken broth to the skillet. Stir in the butter mixture and cook until smooth.
Return the chicken to the skillet and coat with the sauce. Simmer for 2-3 minutes to absorb flavors.
Garnish with parsley and serve.
Notes
Pat chicken dry before seasoning for better sear; do not overcrowd the pan while cooking.
