  • 1 cup mango puree
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Sesame seeds for garnish
  • Green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) or heat a skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Mix together the mango puree, soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger until well combined.
  3. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  4. For oven-baked: Place the chicken breasts in a baking dish, pour the mango glaze over them, and bake for 25-30 minutes until cooked through.
  5. For skillet-seared: Add the chicken to the skillet and cook for 6-7 minutes on each side, basting with the glaze until cooked through.
  6. Let the chicken rest for a few minutes, then slice or twist into pieces.
  7. Serve warm, garnished with sesame seeds and green onions.
