  • 1 cup pineapple chunks
  • 1/2 cup sweet and sour sauce

Instructions

  1. Combine the chicken, soy sauce, cornstarch, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Mix well and let it marinate for 15 minutes.
  2. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  3. Toss the marinated chicken in olive oil.
  4. Place the chicken in the air fryer basket and cook for 10 minutes, shaking halfway through.
  5. Add the bell peppers and pineapple to the basket and drizzle with sweet and sour sauce.
  6. Air fry for an additional 5-7 minutes until everything is heated through and crispy.
