A creative take on classic smashburgers, these quesadillas combine seasoned ground beef, gooey cheese, and customizable toppings for a satisfying meal.

Ingredients

  • Salt and pepper (to taste)
  • Garlic powder (to season)
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar or American cheese
  • Optional toppings: pickles, diced onions, burger sauce

Instructions

  1. Press a small handful of ground beef directly onto one half of each tortilla.
  2. Season the beef generously with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  3. Cook the beef side down for 2-3 minutes until it turns a rich brown.
  4. Flip the tortilla, and sprinkle the beef with shredded cheese.
  5. Fold the tortilla in half, grilling both sides until crispy and melty.
