  • 1 packet Italian dressing mix

  • 1 cup sliced bell peppers (optional)

  • Parmesan cheese (for garnish, optional)

Instructions

  1. Place chicken breasts in the slow cooker.
  2. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, Italian dressing mix, and chicken broth until smooth.
  3. Pour the mixture over the chicken.
  4. Add bell peppers and mushrooms if desired.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 360 minutes or on high for 240 minutes.
