Deliciously juicy chicken thighs coated in a zesty sweet chili and sriracha sauce, perfect for a quick and flavorful meal.

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken thighs
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Season the chicken thighs with salt and pepper and add them to the skillet. Cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side, until fully cooked.
  3. Mix together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, minced garlic, and lime juice to create the sauce.
  4. Remove the chicken from the skillet and coat it with the sauce.
  5. Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onions.

Notes
