Quick and satisfying rotisserie chicken wraps filled with fresh veggies and creamy dressing.

Ingredients

  • 1 rotisserie chicken
  • 4 tortillas or wraps
  • 2 cups fresh lettuce
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup cheese (cheddar or your choice)
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing or your preferred sauce
  • 1 avocado (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Remove the rotisserie chicken from the bone and shred it into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Lay out a tortilla or wrap on a clean surface.
  3. Layer with shredded chicken, lettuce, diced tomatoes, cheese, and avocado if using.
  4. Drizzle ranch dressing or your preferred sauce over the fillings.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Roll the wrap tightly, tucking in the ends as you go.
