  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream

  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Arrange the chicken thighs in a large casserole dish and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Sauté the onion, carrots, and garlic in a skillet until softened, then add the mushrooms and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  4. Stir in the chicken broth, heavy cream, and thyme. Bring to a simmer.
