A vibrant and easy-to-make sheet pan dinner featuring tender teriyaki chicken and crisp broccoli, perfect for busy weeknights.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1/4 cup teriyaki sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Sesame seeds for garnish
  • Green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Combine the chicken, broccoli, teriyaki sauce, sesame oil, ginger, salt, and pepper on a sheet pan.
  3. Toss to coat everything evenly.
  4. Spread the chicken and broccoli out in a single layer.
  5. Bake in the oven for about 15-20 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the broccoli is tender.
  6. Remove from the oven and garnish with sesame seeds and green onions before serving.

Notes

For extra crispiness, broil for a couple of minutes at the end of the cooking time. Customize by adding different vegetables like bell peppers.
