  • 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons gochujang
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil

  • 1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Combine the soy sauce, honey, gochujang, and minced garlic in a mixing bowl. Mix until well blended.
  2. Heat sesame oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Once hot, add the shredded rotisserie chicken.
  3. Pour the sauce mixture over the chicken. Stir well to coat the chicken evenly.
