A comforting and creamy casserole made with shredded rotisserie chicken, fresh vegetables, and cheese, perfect for weeknight dinners or gatherings.

  • 1 rotisserie chicken, shredded
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 cups of your favorite vegetables (e.g., peas, carrots, broccoli)
  • 2 cups cooked pasta or rice
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (e.g., cheddar)
  • 1 cup bread crumbs
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix together the shredded rotisserie chicken, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, cooked pasta or rice, vegetables, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
  3. Transfer the mixture into a greased casserole dish.
  4. Sprinkle the top with shredded cheese and then top with bread crumbs for a crispy finish.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes, or until the casserole is heated through and the top is golden brown.
  6. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
