  • 2 cups bell peppers, chopped
  • 1 cup zucchini, chopped
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes
  • 1 red onion, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

  • Fresh herbs like parsley or thyme for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Add the chopped chicken sausage, bell peppers, zucchini, cherry tomatoes, and red onion to a large sheet pan.
