A delicious and comforting combination of seared chicken, creamy Parmesan sauce, and perfectly cooked pasta, ideal for any occasion.

Ingredients

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 8 oz pasta (fettuccine or your choice)
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil over medium heat. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then add them to the skillet. Cook until golden brown and cooked through, about 6-7 minutes per side. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
  3. Add minced garlic to the same skillet and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Slice the cooked chicken and add it back to the skillet along with the cooked pasta. Toss to combine.
  6. Serve warm, garnished with fresh parsley.

Notes

For extra flavor, consider adding a pinch of red pepper flakes for some spice. Ensure your skillet is properly heated before cooking the chicken for the perfect sear.
