Scale
  • 1 (8 pc) whole cut chicken, skin on
  • 6 tablespoons butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon hot sauce
  • 1 1/3 cups flour
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 3 teaspoons paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 tablespoon seasoning salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F.
  2. Add your butter to a large baking dish and place it in the oven to melt.

  4. Whisk together your flour and seasonings in another bowl until combined.

  8. Remove from the oven and let drain slightly on paper towels.
  9. Sprinkle with chopped parsley before serving, if desired.

Notes

Use a meat thermometer to ensure chicken is cooked to an internal temperature of 165°F. For added flavor, experiment with spices in the flour mixture.
