A vibrant and savory dish featuring tender chicken and fresh vegetables wrapped in soft pancakes, enhanced by hoisin and soy sauce.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breast, sliced
  • 2 cups mixed vegetables (carrots, bell peppers, mushrooms, cabbage)
  • 3 tablespoons hoisin sauce
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 810 soft pancakes (or tortillas)
  • Green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat the vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Add the minced garlic and sliced chicken, cooking until the chicken is browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Add the mixed vegetables to the pan and stir-fry for another 3-4 minutes, until they are slightly tender.
  4. Pour in the hoisin sauce and soy sauce, tossing everything to coat and heat through for an additional 2 minutes.
  5. Serve the Moo Shu Chicken wrapped in soft pancakes, garnished with sliced green onions.

Notes

Be careful not to burn the garlic, and consider adding proteins like shrimp or tofu for variety.
