A simple and delicious recipe for chicken breasts that ensures tender, juicy results with a creamy topping.

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise or plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • Optional garnish: chopped parsley or chives

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a 9 × 13-inch baking dish.
  2. In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise or yogurt, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Pat the chicken breasts dry with a paper towel and place them in the prepared baking dish.
  4. Spread the creamy mixture evenly over the top of each chicken breast.
  5. Bake uncovered for 25–30 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C) and the topping is golden and bubbly.
  6. Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving, optionally garnishing with fresh herbs.

Notes

Marinate chicken in the creamy mixture for a richer flavor. For a crowd, double the recipe but adjust cooking time as necessary.
