Juicy chicken marinated in spicy gochujang, perfect for grilling or baking.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound chicken pieces (thighs or breasts)
  • 2 tablespoons gochujang (Korean red chili paste)
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey or brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Green onions and sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix gochujang, soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, and rice vinegar.
  2. Add chicken pieces to the marinade and coat well. Allow to marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat the grill or oven to 375°F.
  4. Grill or bake the chicken pieces for about 25-30 minutes or until cooked through.
  5. Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds before serving. Enjoy your meal!

Notes

Marinate overnight for deeper flavor. Use a meat thermometer to ensure chicken reaches 165°F.
