Delicious Korean chicken breasts marinated to perfection for a flavorful meal that’s easy to prepare.

  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, grated
  • 1 tablespoon honey or sugar (optional for sweetness)
  • Sesame oil (optional)
  • Steamed rice (for serving)
  • Vegetables (for serving)

Instructions

  1. Mix the soy sauce, minced garlic, grated ginger, and honey (if using) to create the marinade.
  2. Add the chicken breasts to the marinade and let them marinate for at least 30 minutes, preferably 2-4 hours in the refrigerator.
  3. Preheat the grill or oven to 375°F (190°C).
  4. Remove the chicken from the marinade and grill or bake for 20-25 minutes, or until cooked through and juices run clear.
  5. Serve the chicken with steamed rice and vegetables, drizzling with sesame oil if desired.
