Delicious Korean BBQ chicken skewers marinated in a blend of gochujang, soy sauce, and honey, perfect for a summer gathering or weeknight dinner.

Ingredients

  • 500g Chicken breast, cut into cubes
  • 3 tbsp Gochujang
  • 3 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp Honey
  • 2 cloves Minced garlic
  • 1 tbsp Grated ginger
  • 1 tbsp Sesame oil
  • Green onions, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Cut chicken breast into cubes and place in a bowl.
  2. Mix gochujang, soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, grated ginger, and sesame oil to create the marinade in a separate bowl.
  3. Pour the marinade over the chicken and let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Thread the marinated chicken onto skewers.
  5. Grill the skewers over medium heat, turning occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through and slightly charred, about 10-12 minutes.
  6. Garnish with chopped green onions and serve hot.

Notes

For extra flavor, consider marinating the chicken longer or adding vegetables like bell peppers or mushrooms to the skewers.
