8 ounces mushrooms (sliced, button or cremini)
4 cloves garlic (minced)
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1 teaspoon dried oregano
Salt and pepper (to taste)
2 tablespoons fresh parsley (chopped, for garnish)
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Add olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat, then add sliced mushrooms and sauté until golden brown, about 5-7 minutes.
Stir in minced garlic and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes, stirring constantly.
Combine cooked chicken, sautéed mushrooms, heavy cream, thyme, oregano, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl and mix until well combined.
