A delightful dish combining boneless chicken breasts glazed with a sweet and savory honey garlic marinade, paired with creamy rotini pasta.

  • 2 boneless chicken breasts
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste
  • 8 oz rotini pasta
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Fresh parsley, optional

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix honey, minced garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  2. Marinate the chicken in this mixture for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Cook the rotini pasta according to package instructions and set aside.
  4. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the marinated chicken until golden and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes per side.
  5. Remove the chicken and slice it.
  6. In the same skillet, add heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
  7. Stir in grated Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
  8. Combine the cooked pasta with the sauce and mix well before adding the sliced chicken on top.
  9. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
