  • 1 teaspoon paprika

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Mix honey, Dijon mustard, olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
  3. Arrange chicken, diced sweet potatoes, and halved Brussels sprouts on a sheet pan, ensuring enough space for even roasting.
  4. Drizzle the honey Dijon mixture over the chicken and vegetables, tossing everything to ensure even coating.
  5. Roast in the oven for 25-30 minutes until the chicken is thoroughly cooked and the vegetables are tender.

Notes

For better texture, cut sweet potatoes into uniform sizes. Halve Brussels sprouts for maximum caramelization.
