Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, sautéing until the onion turns translucent.
  3. Incorporate the ground turkey, cooking until it browns and is cooked through.
  4. Stir in the chopped bell peppers, chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper. Cook for an additional 5-7 minutes until the peppers become tender.
