A delicious and healthier twist on traditional pizza crust made with ground chicken, perfect for creative toppings.

  • 1 lb ground chicken
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 large egg

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Combine ground chicken, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, oregano, salt, black pepper, and egg in a medium-sized bowl. Mix thoroughly.
  3. Spread the mixture onto the prepared parchment, forming a circle about 10–12 inches wide and 1/4 inch thick.
  4. Bake for 20–22 minutes until firm and golden brown.
  5. Allow to rest for 3–5 minutes.
  6. Add desired toppings and bake for another 8–10 minutes to melt cheese.
  7. Cool slightly, slice, and serve.

Notes

Consider adding finely chopped vegetables for extra flavor and nutrition. Allow the crust to cool before slicing to prevent it from breaking apart.
