  • Optional: 1 tablespoon chili powder or zest of 1 lemon

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine Greek yogurt, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, salt, pepper, and any desired herbs or spices.
  2. Add the chicken breast to the marinade, ensuring it is well-coated.
  3. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or up to overnight.
  4. Preheat the grill or oven to medium-high heat.
  5. Remove the chicken from the marinade and discard the marinade.
  6. Grill or roast the chicken for about 6-7 minutes per side, or until fully cooked.
  7. Let it rest for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
