  • ½ cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 medium carrot, grated
  • ½ cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano

Instructions

  1. Combine the ground chicken, breadcrumbs, chopped onion, minced garlic, grated carrot, parsley, and the egg in a large bowl.
  2. Mix everything thoroughly until it’s well blended.
  3. Season with salt, black pepper, paprika, and dried oregano.
  4. Form the mixture into uniform-sized patties.
  5. Place the patties on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  6. Spray the tops with olive oil.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven at 375°F (190°C) for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
