  • 4 chicken thighs
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Season the chicken thighs liberally with salt and pepper.
  3. In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
  4. Add the minced garlic to the skillet and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  5. Add the chicken thighs skin-side down and sear for about 5-7 minutes until the skin is golden and crispy.
  6. Flip the chicken thighs, spoon some of the garlic butter over them, and transfer the skillet to the preheated oven.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
  8. Remove from the oven, sprinkle with chopped parsley if desired, and serve.
