A comforting and creamy chicken tetrazzini made with shredded rotisserie chicken, spaghetti, and a blend of cheeses, perfect for family dinners.

  • 2 cups shredded rotisserie chicken
  • 8 ounces spaghetti
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup frozen peas
  • 1/4 cup diced onion
  • 1/4 cup diced green bell pepper
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
  3. In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the onion and bell pepper, and sauté until softened.
  4. Stir in the chicken broth, sour cream, and milk until well combined.
  5. Add the shredded chicken, cooked spaghetti, peas, and half of the cheddar cheese to the mixture. Stir to combine and season with salt and pepper.
  6. Transfer the mixture into a greased baking dish and top with the remaining cheddar cheese and Parmesan cheese.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  8. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

For best results, ensure the spaghetti is cooked al dente. Customize with different vegetables or cheeses as preferred.
