A comforting and nutritious casserole combining shredded chicken, rice, broccoli, and creamy mushroom soup, topped with melted cheddar cheese.

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 2 cups broccoli florets, steamed
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked chicken, cooked rice, steamed broccoli, cream of mushroom soup, and milk.
  3. Add garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are integrated.
  4. Transfer the mixture into a greased baking dish.
  5. Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese generously over the top.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes, until bubbly and the cheese has formed a golden crust.
  7. Let it cool slightly before serving.
