  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Mash the ripe bananas in a large bowl until smooth.
  2. Add the maple syrup, melted coconut oil, and vanilla extract, mixing until combined.
  3. Combine the almond flour, gluten-free flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt in another bowl.
  4. Slowly add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan, smoothing the top to ensure an even bake.
  6. Place the loaf in the oven and bake for 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  7. Allow the bread to cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring it to a wire rack to cool completely before slicing.
