  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon salt (adjust to taste)
  • ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
  • ½ teaspoon ground mustard
  • ½ teaspoon dried parsley flakes

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 415°F and line a sheet pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, ground mustard, and dried parsley flakes. Mix well.
  3. Pat chicken drumsticks dry with paper towels.
  4. Add the drumsticks to the marinade mixture and toss until they’re well coated.
  5. Place the drumsticks on the prepared sheet pan, ensuring they are spaced apart.
  6. Bake for 40-45 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F and the skin is golden and crispy.
