Crockpot Garlic Parmesan Chicken Pasta

A simple and flavorful crockpot dish featuring tender chicken and creamy garlic Parmesan sauce paired with rotini pasta.

Ingredients

  • 23 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 bottle of Buffalo Wild Wings Parmesan Garlic Sauce
  • 1 cup of milk
  • 1 cup of shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 8 oz cream cheese bar
  • 1 box of rotini pasta
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Italian seasoning (optional)
  • Red pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Place the chicken breasts at the bottom of your crockpot and season them generously with salt and pepper.
  2. Pour the entire bottle of Buffalo Wild Wings Parmesan Garlic Sauce over the chicken.
  3. Pour a cup of milk into the empty sauce bottle, replace the lid, shake well, and pour this mixture over the chicken.
  4. Add a cup of shredded Parmesan cheese and stir to combine.
  5. Place the cream cheese bar on top of the chicken.
  6. Cover and cook on low for 240-360 minutes or on high for 180-240 minutes.
  7. Remove the chicken from the crockpot and shred with two forks. Return shredded chicken to the crockpot.
  8. Cook the rotini pasta according to package directions until al dente.
  9. Drain pasta and add it to the crockpot, mixing everything together.
  10. For extra flavor, top with additional Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, and red pepper flakes if desired.

Notes

To enhance flavor, consider marinating chicken overnight. Adjust milk for preferred creaminess.
