A comforting chicken noodle soup made effortlessly in a Crock Pot, perfect for chilly days.

  • 1 lb chicken breast
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup carrots, sliced
  • 1 cup celery, sliced
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cups egg noodles
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Begin by placing the chicken breast, chicken broth, carrots, celery, onion, garlic powder, thyme, salt, and pepper into the Crock Pot.
  2. Cover the Crock Pot and let it cook on low for 6-7 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
  3. Once cooking time concludes, shred the chicken using two forks and return it to the pot.
  4. Stir in the egg noodles and allow them to cook for an additional 20 minutes on high.
