Ingredients
Scale
1.25 lb chicken cutlets
2 eggs
1 cup breadcrumbs
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions
Preheat the air fryer to 400°F.
Set up a dredging station with two shallow bowls: in one, whisk together the eggs; in the other, mix the breadcrumbs, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
Dip each chicken cutlet into the egg wash, then coat in the breadcrumb mixture, pressing gently to ensure an even coating.
Spray the air fryer basket with cooking oil and arrange the coated chicken cutlets in a single layer.
Cook in the air fryer at 400°F for 12 minutes, flipping halfway through until golden brown and cooked to an internal temperature of 165°F.
Notes
Ensure chicken cutlets are patted dry before coating. Consider variations in seasoning for added flavor.
