A delectable creamy Tuscan chicken dish featuring succulent chicken breasts paired with a rich cream sauce and tangy sun-dried tomatoes.

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Italian seasoning to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning, and add them to the skillet.
  3. Cook the chicken for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked and golden brown. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  5. Stir in the sun-dried tomatoes and cook for another minute.
  6. Add heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
  7. Stir in the spinach and Parmesan cheese until melted and combined.
  8. Return the chicken to the skillet and coat with the sauce.
  9. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes to heat through.
  10. Serve hot.
