A delightful creamy pasta dish featuring sun-dried tomatoes, seasoned chicken, and rich cream, perfect for sharing memories around the dinner table.

  • 8 oz fettuccine pasta
  • 1 lb chicken breast, sliced
  • 1 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh basil for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the fettuccine according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the sliced chicken, season with salt and pepper, and sauté until cooked through.
  3. Add minced garlic and sun-dried tomatoes, cooking for another 2 minutes.
  4. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in the Parmesan cheese until melted and the sauce is creamy.
  5. Add the cooked fettuccine to the skillet, tossing to coat in the sauce.
  6. Serve hot, garnished with fresh basil.

Notes

For a lighter sauce, adjust the cream or use reserved pasta water. Fresh basil enhances flavor; add before serving.
