Creamy ranch chicken enchiladas are easy to make and bursting with flavor, combining ranch dressing and cheese for a unique creaminess.

  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 8 flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or a blend)
  • 1/2 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/2 cup salsa
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix the shredded chicken, ranch dressing, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  3. Spoon the chicken mixture evenly onto each tortilla, then roll them up tightly, placing them seam-side down in a baking dish.
