  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons mixed herbs (thyme, rosemary, parsley)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 cups mashed potatoes
  • 2 cups carrots, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Season the chicken thighs with salt, pepper, and mixed herbs.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and cook the chicken for 6-8 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
  3. Prepare mashed potatoes according to your preferred method in a separate pot.
  4. Boil sliced carrots until tender, then drain.
  5. Add butter and honey to the carrots in the same pot, stirring until well coated.
