A comforting dish featuring tender chicken breasts enveloped in a rich garlic parmesan sauce, perfect for busy weeks or impressing guests.

Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
  3. Sear the chicken in the skillet until browned on both sides, about 3-4 minutes per side.
  4. Combine the heavy cream, parmesan cheese, and minced garlic in a crockpot.
  5. Place the seared chicken breasts into the crockpot and pour the cream mixture over them.
  6. Cook on low for 6-7 hours or high for 3-4 hours, until the chicken is tender and cooked through.
  7. Serve with your favorite low-carb sides.

Notes

For a thicker sauce, remove the chicken after cooking and reduce the sauce by simmering it on the stove for a few minutes before serving.
