Tender chicken breasts enveloped in a rich, creamy garlic sauce make this dish a comforting staple for any occasion.

Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • ½ cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Season each chicken breast with salt and pepper, then add them to the skillet. Cook until golden brown on both sides and cooked through, about 6-7 minutes per side. Remove from skillet and set aside.
  2. In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
  3. Pour in the chicken broth and bring it to a simmer. Add the heavy cream and Parmesan cheese, stirring until the sauce thickens.
  4. Return the chicken to the skillet and coat it with the creamy garlic sauce.
  5. Simmer for an additional 5 minutes.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.

Use a meat thermometer to ensure chicken is cooked to an internal temperature of 165°F. Let chicken rest before slicing.
