  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh chives, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Mix the softened butter, garlic, parsley, chives, smoked paprika, lemon juice, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  3. Rub the garlic herb butter mixture all over the chicken breasts, ensuring they are well coated.
  4. Place the chicken in a baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
