4 cups broccoli florets
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese (or your favorite cheese)
1 cup cooked rice or quinoa
1 cup cream of chicken soup (or a similar creamy alternative)
1/2 cup milk
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1 cup breadcrumbs (for topping)
2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F and prepare a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
Combine the shredded rotisserie chicken, broccoli florets, cooked rice, cream of chicken soup, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl. Stir well to distribute flavors evenly.
Mix in 1.5 cups of shredded cheese, saving the remaining 0.5 cup for topping.
Transfer the mixture to the greased baking dish and spread evenly.
Mix the breadcrumbs with olive oil in a separate bowl and sprinkle over the casserole. Top with the remaining cheese.
