A flavorful dish featuring tender chicken thighs sautéed with garlic, colorful bell peppers, and green onions, served over rice or noodles.

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
  • ½ cup green onions, chopped
  • 2 cups rice or noodles, cooked
  • 2 tablespoons cooking oil

Instructions

  1. Cut chicken thighs into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Heat oil in a wok over medium-high heat.
  3. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  4. Add chicken and stir-fry until golden and cooked through.
  5. Add sliced bell peppers and green onions, stir-frying until vegetables are tender.
  6. Pour in soy sauce and combine all ingredients, cooking for an additional minute.
  7. Serve over fluffy rice or noodles.

Notes

Cut chicken uniformly for even cooking and adjust soy sauce to taste. Avoid overcrowding the wok.
