  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 lb chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1 lemon, juiced and zested
  • 1/4 cup parsley, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook your pasta according to the package instructions, then drain it well.
  2. Heat the butter and olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.
  4. Add the chicken pieces and cook until brown and no longer pink in the center.
  5. Pour in the chicken broth and lemon juice, allowing it to simmer for about 5 minutes.
