Delicious and versatile chicken patties made from rotisserie chicken, perfect for quick dinners and family meals.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked rotisserie chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley (optional)
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, breadcrumbs, cheese, onion, parsley, egg, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  2. Shape the mixture into patties.
  3. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  4. Fry the patties until golden brown and crispy, about 4-5 minutes per side.
  5. Remove from the skillet and place on paper towels to drain excess oil.
  6. Serve warm and enjoy!
