A succulent chicken breast dish in a rich cream cheese and Parmesan sauce, perfect for any night or special occasion.

  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 200g cream cheese
  • 50g grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Season both sides of the chicken breasts generously with salt and pepper. Cook the chicken for about 7-8 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through.
  3. Once done, remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute, until fragrant.
  5. Lower the heat. Add cream cheese and Parmesan cheese, stirring until melted and well combined.
  6. Return the chicken to the skillet, coating it thoroughly with the sauce. Simmer for an additional 3-5 minutes to meld the flavors.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving warm.

Notes

To enhance flavor, consider adding spinach, sun-dried tomatoes, or mushrooms to the sauce.
