  • 2 cups stuffing mix
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 cup mixed vegetables (peas, carrots, corn)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine the shredded chicken, cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, milk, mixed vegetables, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Fold in the stuffing mix until well combined.
  4. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish, ensuring an even spread.
  5. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the casserole is heated through and the top is golden brown.
