A comforting and creamy pasta bake featuring tender chicken, vibrant broccoli, and a cheesy topping that the whole family will love.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked pasta
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 2 cups fresh broccoli, chopped
  • 2 cups shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
  • 1 cup cream or milk
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup bread crumbs (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked pasta, shredded chicken, chopped broccoli, half of the cheese, cream, chicken broth, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Mix everything until well combined.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
  5. Top with the remaining cheese and sprinkle bread crumbs on top if desired.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  7. Remove from the oven and let it sit for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

For an extra creamy texture, consider mixing in some cream cheese along with the cream. Leftovers store beautifully; refrigerate in an airtight container for up to three days.
