A comforting and easy rotisserie chicken casserole packed with tender chicken, cozy pasta, and vibrant broccoli, perfect for busy weeknights.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked rotisserie chicken, shredded
  • 2 cups cooked pasta
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Breadcrumbs for topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.
  2. Combine the shredded chicken, cooked pasta, broccoli, half of the cheese, cream of chicken soup, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a large bowl. Mix well.
  3. Transfer the mixture to the greased baking dish. Top with the remaining cheese and breadcrumbs.
  4. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until cheese is bubbly and golden.
  5. Allow to cool for a few minutes before serving.
