  • 2 cups mixed bell peppers, sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons shawarma seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish
  • Pita bread or rice for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Mix the olive oil, shawarma seasoning, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  3. Toss the chicken in this mixture until it is well-coated.
  4. Arrange the seasoned chicken in the center of a large sheet pan.
  5. Surround it with the sliced bell peppers and onions.
  6. Bake everything in the preheated oven for 25 to 30 minutes.
